On January 19, 2005, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a City of Vancouver business license for the year 2005 will be granted to Hosam Abdulrahman Yassin (the "License Applicant"), doing business as Hot Pizza, for business premises located at 435 Abbott Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (the "Premises").
Iain Dixon, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicant, with the aid of a Kurdish interpreter, will represent himself.
